B3D Studio at 3d.besimirzo.com is operated by Besi Mirzo ("we", "us"). By creating an account or buying credits you agree to these terms.

The service

B3D Studio generates concept images and 3D models from the descriptions and images you provide. Generation uses AI models, so results vary and may not always match what you asked for. You can review each step before moving on to the next.

Your account

You need an account to use the service. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has access to your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use B3D Studio.

Credits and payments

• Generations are paid for with credits. The cost of each step is shown before you start it.
• Credits are bought as one-time packs and do not expire while your account is open.
• If a generation fails on our side, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• Payments are handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles sales tax and invoices. Their terms apply to the purchase itself.
• Refunds are covered by our refund policy.

What you create

Subject to these terms, you may use the images and 3D models you generate in personal and commercial projects, including games you sell. You are responsible for what you ask the service to create and for making sure your use of the results does not infringe anyone else's rights, such as trademarks or recognizable characters.

You keep the rights you have in images you upload. You give us permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use B3D Studio to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, content that harasses or impersonates real people, or content that infringes intellectual property. Do not try to disrupt the service, get around credit limits, or access other people's accounts. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it is provided "as is" and may sometimes be unavailable or change. We may add, change or remove features.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Closing your account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms. Unused credits on accounts closed for breaking the terms are not refunded.

Changes

We may update these terms. If the changes are significant we will tell you by email or in the app.
