Unused credits

If you haven't used the credits from a purchase, you can get a full refund within 14 days of buying them.

Partly used packs

If you used some credits from a pack, we refund the unused part within 14 days, based on the price per credit you paid.

Failed generations

If a generation fails on our side, you don't need to ask: its credits go back to your balance automatically.

Results you're unhappy with

AI results vary, which is why you can review and refine each step before spending more credits. Credits used for generations that completed are not refundable, but if something looks clearly broken, email us and we'll take a look.

How to request a refund

Email besimirzo@gmail.com from the address on your account and include your order number. Refunds are paid to the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, usually within 5 to 10 business days.
