This policy explains what information B3D Studio (3d.besimirzo.com), operated by Besi Mirzo, collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password.
• What you create: your descriptions, images you upload, and the images and 3D models generated for you.
• Usage records: your credit balance and history, and which generations you ran.
• Technical data: IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent abuse.

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which has its own privacy policy.

How we use it

• To run the service: generate your images and models and keep them in your account.
• To manage credits, purchases and refunds.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To contact you about your account or important changes.

Service providers

To generate content we send your descriptions and images to the providers that run the AI models, currently OpenAI (images and text) and Modal (GPU computing for 3D generation). They process this data on our behalf to provide the service. Our servers are hosted by Contabo.

Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep your account and creations while your account is open. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account by emailing besimirzo@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law.

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above.
